As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for leading incident management and problem-solving efforts to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead incident management meetings and activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans to resolve incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide expert-level support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in incident and problem management in a Telco/IT environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other industry-standard frameworks.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
