About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team in Nantes. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and partners, ensuring their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot highly technical issues, providing expert-level support to our customers.
  • Work closely with our Product Department to ensure the reliability and quality of our technical qualifications.
  • Improve your skillset through training and exposure to other programming languages featured in our products.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the Support team, helping your teammates grow their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in application development or level 3 technical support.
  • Good knowledge of PHP and SQL.
  • Working understanding of Cloud-based infrastructures (GCP, AWS).
  • Comfortable with Linux, VMs, and containerized applications.
  • Experience with a ticketing system (Jira or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with technical and non-technical customers.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with native speakers at a professional level.
