About the Mission
Our client is currently looking for a Transport and Logistics Flow Pilot based in Gennevilliers.
Job Description
As a Transport and Logistics Flow Pilot, you will:
- Support the regional-Ile de France GEFCO control tower (TDC), which is responsible for existing clients benefiting from a flow pilotage service. You will be immersed in the operations follow-up, just like a flow pilot of this TDC.
- Intervene on flow pilotage projects from the study phase to the successful start-up at the client's.
- Support the flow pilots below the missions:
- Receive and analyze the daily dysfunctions/bugs reported by the flow pilots in the various pilotage environments, from client EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to its planning in executable order, and up to the reception of events and POD (Proof of Delivery) management.
- Coordinate the actions/corrections established in the action plan (operational process).
- Update internal databases and manage reference data.
- Design KPIs and activity tracking necessary for the client and for the internal pilotage of the quality of the service.
- Application management: incidents and version upgrades: creation and tracking of tickets.
Remuneration and Benefits
Remuneration: 30,000 € per year
Profile Sought
We are looking for:
- H/F, knowledge and/or training in Supply Chain, with a strong interest in customer follow-up and data model management.
- Methodologies, management tools, and data models.
- Customer and operational contact.
- Excellent relational and organizational qualities. You demonstrate leadership, tenacity, and the ability to be a proposal force, with a team spirit to interact with all stakeholders of the Group. A good level of English is required for this position.
