Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 10 Wealth Advisors in Lyon, fostering a collective mindset and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit new team members and support their integration into serving affluent clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Training and Development: Enhance team skills and product knowledge through comprehensive training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Commercial Strategy: Implement and promote the company's commercial policies, driving team productivity and agency revenue growth.
- Agency Events and Support: Organize agency events, provide continuous on-site support, and contribute to commercial and marketing projects, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
- Managerial Experience: Previous successful managerial experience in Banking/Insurance/Finance, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
