Role Overview :
The trainee will join the Commercial division of Technip Energies' Decarbonization Solutions Business Line. This division aims to assist our clients in the creation and implementation of pioneering solutions for energy transition and industrial decarbonization, particularly in carbon capture and storage at industrial facilities and direct air capture (DAC). The trainee's responsibilities will primarily revolve around the standardization of carbon capture facilities. The selected candidate will analyze and assess the existing processes and protocols of the facility, pinpointing areas for enhancement and executing modifications to ensure standardization. The trainee will receive guidance and mentorship from both commercial and technical experts and will engage daily with the broader business team, sales teams, innovation and technology teams, and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities :
Perform a comprehensive analysis of the components of a carbon capture facility that are suitable for standardization. Identify opportunities for enhancement and formulate a strategy and plan for standardization implementation. Collaborate with the team to execute changes and ensure standardization across as many aspects of the facility as possible. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the implemented changes and make necessary adjustments. Work alongside other departments to ensure that the changes are seamlessly integrated into the overall operations of the facility. Maintain precise records and documentation of all modifications and improvements made. Quantify the impact of standardization on costs, timelines, and performance of the facility across various geographies and applications.Throughout this traineeship, you will be supported by a mentor to address your various inquiries.
Candidate Profile :
Baccalaureate level +4/ +5, Business school or dual degree in business/engineering, Essential Skills: Data Management Attention to detail and appreciation Ability to define and design research projects, establishing appropriate input and output parameters Visual data presentation skills Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills Excellent time management concerning deadlines and the ability to self-manage research initiatives Proficiency in oral and written English in a professional context.
