Contexte du poste

Vous rejoignez la Direction du Delivery de notre filiale France et vous pilotez un portefeuille de projets, notamment ceux de notre dernière solution : RED BISCUIT.

Vous accompagnez des experts et/ou des clients et contribuez ainsi au développement du business.

  • Vous créez des cahiers des charges techniques et fonctionnels répondant aux engagements clients.
  • Vous pilotez la réalisation des différentes phases des projets et suivez l'action des parties prenantes : conception, mise en production et recette, jusqu'à la validation des pilotes.
  • Vous animez et fédérez les intervenants autour du respect des engagements de coûts, qualité, délai et satisfaction client.
  • Vous transmettez aux équipes dédiées au déploiement et au SAV un dossier complet et contribuez ainsi à la réussite des phases de déploiement et de maintenance.

Qualifications requises

De formation supérieure à dimension technique/Informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire dans la conduite de projets comprenant des aspects software et opérationnels dans les environnements retail et/ou restauration.

Vous maîtrisez la définition, le paramétrage et la configuration d'un POS.

Vous avez de solides connaissances en data analyse et une curiosité certaine pour le business et les opérations des acteurs de la restauration rapide.

Votre motivation pour l'innovation au service de ce domaine est forte.

Orienté résultat, vous êtes capable d'appréhender rapidement les implications techniques de solutions nouvelles et les enjeux business de vos clients.

Vos capacités à structurer, organiser et trouver des solutions sont reconnues.

Vous êtes à l'aise en Anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral ; des échanges réguliers avec nos équipes à l'international sont à prévoir.

Enfin, vous avez un fort esprit d'initiative et le sens du collectif.

Informations pratiques

Lieu de travail flexible : Bureaux à Saint-Thibault des Vignes (77). Télétravail possible 2j/semaine.

Rémunération : fixe + variable. Mutuelle/prévoyance, Intéressement/participation, CE, titres restaurants.

Quelques déplacements chez les clients sont à prévoir ponctuellement, le permis B sera facilitateur.
