Job Description

DQE Software is a leading provider of data quality solutions, dedicated to ensuring the reliability of customer data for businesses in France and internationally. As the Head of Growth and Expansion, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and lead acquisition for our sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and reseller partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy to drive international growth
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Ensure visibility and promotion of DQE across key marketplaces, including Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud
  • Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals
  • Coordinate lead generation initiatives with reseller partners and ISV partners through campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in lead acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and platforms like Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in using performance tracking tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
