Job Overview
Lagardère Travel Retail is a global leader in the travel retail industry, serving passengers in airports, railway stations, and other concessions in 42 countries. As a Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will play a key role in developing the company's presence in new territories, primarily in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial relationships with potential future landlords, including airports, railway stations, and other concessionaires, to identify opportunities for concession business growth.
- Analyze existing market trends and monitor market developments to spot new opportunities for business growth.
- Lead development projects, including tenders and mergers and acquisitions, to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel retail or international B2B business development in the service sector.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, teamwork, and coordination.
- In-depth understanding of the B2B complex sales development process on mid to long-term cycles to key accounts.
- Fluency in English, with French a plus.
