Position Overview:

As a Telecounselor at O2 Care Services, you will be integral in addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings. Your role will involve a variety of communication methods to assist clients effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in understanding their requirements and navigate through our service options.
  • Collaborate with agencies to relay client needs.
  • Direct external inquiries to the appropriate O2 Care Services channels.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
  • Document any incidents or significant client dissatisfaction for management review.
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Adhere to O2 brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, including occasional Saturdays.
