We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Designer/Architect to join our team as a Project Manager - Luxury Retail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of retail spaces for a top luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and planning of retail spaces, including coordination of products, façade, interior finishes, and selection of furniture and art pieces.
- Develop designs that meet the brand's guidelines while ensuring consistency with local economic and cultural contexts.
- Manage and participate in research and development of new design elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including VMs, façade team, Store Planning team, and arts people, to bring new ideas to life.
- Ensure that every retail space is unique and bespoke, reflecting the local and cultural contexts of each location.
- Experience in senior roles with managerial functions within a well-known design multidisciplinary practice.
- Proven experience in concept and design stages, with a strong design eye and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good working experience of software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe, and MS Office.
- Competitive salary - Up to 70K DoE, with a strong annual bonus scheme of 30% approx.
- Relocation support on offer, including up to 2 months of temporary accommodation.
- Opportunity for further career growth and extension of the contract to a permanent role after the first 12 months.
