Origination Specialist Role

As a key member of the Unison Infrastructure team, the Origination Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering relationships with real estate property owners and developing a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
  • Monitor origination waterfall activity to ensure the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development of origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
