Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for integration and a background in HR or Legal system integration projects? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at emagine Consulting, a leading consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Project Managers based in the USA to align on vision, strategy, and next steps.
- Integration: Oversee the integration processes for HR and Legal departments between the acquired company and our client.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within both organizations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.
- PMO Standards: Adhere to PMO standards and ensure all projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in integration scenarios, with years of experience as a Senior (Business/IT) Project Manager.
- Certifications: Certified in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) and PMO (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; strong portfolio management skills (a plus); strong resilience and ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a middling project maturity organization.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HR and Legal systems and processes within corporate environments.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote team environment.
