- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, providing expert insights and optimizing formulation and manufacturing processes to ensure a seamless transition to commercial production.
- Technology Transfer: Engage in the transfer of technology between client locations and our Product Development Services (PDS) department.
- Batch Manufacturing: Assist in the production of pre-clinical and clinical batches.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare essential technical documents, including test protocols, registration documents, and process specifications for validation.
- Development Studies: Conduct pharmaceutical and galenic development studies on innovative products, employing a Quality by Design methodology and structured experimental plans.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and present findings, offering technical recommendations for further research.
- Scientific Reporting: Generate, assess, and evaluate scientific and technical data, compiling comprehensive development reports.
- Capability Development: Contribute to the identification of new capabilities for PDS and manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Galenic Development, Process Development, or Packaging.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
