As a Project Operations Manager at Fed Construction, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project owners and providing technical guidance for various facilities including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and correctional facilities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that projects are managed effectively across administrative, technical, and financial dimensions (Quality - Cost - Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing requirements and conducting feasibility analyses
- Developing functional and technical specifications
- Overseeing operations/AMO/AMOT: Coordinating competitions, design and implementation phases, monitoring studies (APS, APD, PRO), appointing and supervising intellectual service providers, overseeing construction work, managing project finances, and assisting with project reception and GPA monitoring
- Contributing to the company's business development efforts, including responding to public procurement tenders
- Maintaining excellent client relationships in your capacity
Profile:
You should possess a degree in Building Engineering and/or Architecture, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience. A proven track record in managing complex construction projects is essential. Familiarity with legal frameworks such as the Public Procurement Code, urban planning regulations, and construction methodologies is crucial.
Required Skills: Independence, flexibility, attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.
Travel Requirements: Regional travel will be necessary.
