We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Controller to join our team at Essity. As a Senior Sales and Marketing Controller, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts in France and Belgium.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales and Marketing Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Leading a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid financial background in Controlling/Financial Analysis & Planning, preferably in FMCG
  • Knowledge of French retailers and their landscape
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience with PowerBI and SAP HANA is a plus
