Join Essity as a Senior Sales and Marketing Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Controller to join our team in France and Belgium. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading Controlling activities and performing Controlling activities on selected business categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Controlling activities on France and Belgium and perform Controlling activities on selected business categories.
  • Act as the financial business partner for other functions.
  • Act as a sparring partner for Regional Controllers, given the relevance of France.
  • Take the lead in specific projects, challenging the status quo and recommending continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Business partner with a solid financial experience in Controlling/Financial Analysis & Planning, possibly in FMCG. Knowledge of French retailers landscape is required.
  • Champion best practices in Sales & Marketing Controlling.
  • Tick the box on all Controlling fundamentals (forecasting, closing, variance analysis, working capital, basic accounting,...). Prior experience in Internal or External Audit is a plus.
  • Managed Teams and have a proven inclination for people development.
  • Committed hungry doer and deal confidently with change management, with a collaborative "can-do" attitude. You are ready to be involved in various change projects, from mindset, to processes, to systems.
  • Speak English and French, and are thrilled by working in an international environment.

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP HANA is a plus.
