Senior Sales and Marketing Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Controller to join our team in France and Belgium. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading Controlling activities and performing financial analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Controlling activities on France and Belgium, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Act as a financial business partner for other functions, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Regional Controllers to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Proven experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis and Planning, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong financial skills, including forecasting, variance analysis, and working capital management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to work in an international environment.
