About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at Paramount Global. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online content of Paramount Pictures France, working closely with the digital manager and the Home Office Digital Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers, coordinating compelling activities and experiences for them, including screenings and other events.
  • Evaluate the performance of content creators and their activities, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze data to inform digital campaign strategies.
  • Review and coordinate the localization of assets, creating locally relevant content that leverages current trends and zeitgeist.
  • Generate campaign-related reports, including trailer performance, paid media campaign results, and social listening insights.
  • Participate in marketing team brainstorming sessions, focusing on synergy and digital support to maximize marketing efforts.
  • Develop digital slides for title-specific decks to be presented to Home Office strategic teams.
  • Support talent visits, premiere events, and content creator attendance opportunities, capitalizing on talent availability through content creator activities and other digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate local content production, including shooting digital content during local voice talent dubbing sessions in coordination with the Publicity team.
  • Advise the team on current digital and social trends, making recommendations for local dubbing talent when needed.
  • Manage department expenses, creating purchase orders, good receipts, and tracking budget.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, such as Community Manager, Digital Project Manager, or Media Buyer.
  • Proven experience with social media platforms, including a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
  • Influencer marketing expertise.
  • Media buying skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the film industry is highly desirable.
  • Calm under pressure and a positive attitude.
