Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Independent Procurement Consultant to manage the entire purchasing process for Consulting, Finances, and Legal categories. The successful candidate will implement the global purchasing strategy, work closely with relevant departments, and monitor market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire purchasing process for Consulting, Finances, and Legal categories, from supplier benchmarking to contract negotiations.
- Implement the global purchasing strategy and contribute to defining the strategy for specific consulting categories within the scope.
- Work closely with the relevant departments to address their needs.
- Monitor market trends and continuously assess supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Propose RFQs strategies.
- Develop and manage supplier consultations using appropriate tools.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as service, quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of purchase contracts to secure beneficial agreements for the company.
- Participate in the deployment of cross-functional Purchasing projects (process structuration, Preferred vendor list implementation, optimization of purchasing KPIs, etc.).
Requirements:

- Proven experience in procurement and purchasing management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
