About Estée Lauder Companies and the Team

The EMEA Commercial & Business Development team is seeking two highly motivated interns to contribute to projects focused on expanding our Wholesale channel (both online and brick-and-mortar). Successful candidates will gain valuable leadership development, hands-on experience, and exposure to key stakeholders within Affiliates and Regional Brand Teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of crucial business reviews and leadership meetings, including top-to-top discussions, monthly commercial leadership gatherings, and regional brand meetings.
  • Process and disseminate weekly and monthly retail sales reports from leading regional retailers to affiliate and brand teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive quarterly Sephora reports for global top management.
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team to integrate relevant SKUs into retailer sustainability programs.
  • Coordinate annual marketing presentations between regional brands and top retailers in May and June.
  • Assist in preparing analyses of contractual investments.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A strong academic background, ideally completing a Post-Graduate Degree in Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC 5).
  • Previous internship experience is mandatory; end-of-studies internships are highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is beneficial but not required.
