Job Title: Senior Counsel France

Job Summary:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel to join our legal team in Paris, France. As a Senior Counsel, you will provide legal support and strategic advice to our clients, assess legal risks, and manage third-party disputes and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide qualified legal support and strategic advice to HPE clients internally
  • Assess legal risks in connection with business transactions
  • Act as Legal Counsel for France and on a case-by-case basis also internationally
  • Manage third-party disputes and litigation
  • Promote legal awareness and lead legal training to business teams, managers, and team members

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in French law
  • Broad and deep knowledge of local/regional laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role
  • Prior experience in IT/IP law is a plus, but not essential
  • International legal experience and/or education will be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite
  • Affinity with and interested in Information Technology (IT) will be favorably considered
