At Technip Energies, we are committed to shaping a sustainable future through innovative solutions for the energy transition. As a Decarbonization Market Analyst Apprentice, you will be part of our dynamic team, working on large-scale projects and meeting technical and organizational challenges.

About the Role

The Decarbonization Market Analyst Apprentice will be part of the Market team of Technip Energies' Decarbonization Solutions Business Line. The objective of this business line is to support our clients in the development and deployment of innovative solutions for the energy transition and industrial decarbonization, with a focus on carbon capture and storage of industrial sites and direct carbon capture from the air (DAC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain and develop internal databases and market models
  • Conduct research and data audits using a wide variety of internal, commercial, and public domain information databases
  • Contribute to the development of market intelligence reports representing various industry sectors, geographies, technologies, customers, competitors, environments, and regulatory policies
  • Contribute to the preparation of market briefs
  • Contribute to the definition of the business strategy and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of business analytics and AI tools
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate level +4/ +5
  • Business school or double degree business/engineering school
  • Soft Skills:
    • Data Management
    • Attention to detail and appreciation of data integrity requirements
    • Ability to define and design research projects, setting appropriate input and output parameters
    • Visual data presentation skills
    • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
    • Excellent time management in relation to deadlines and ability to self-manage research initiatives
    • Oral and written proficiency in English in a professional environment
  • Digital Skills:
    • Use of standard applications from the MS Office suite
    • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or data management/presentation tools is an advantage
    • Any knowledge/experience in graphic design is an advantage
