LEAP – Customer Service Expert
Transform your career with Pernod Ricard's ambitious LEAP program, driving collaboration and supporting business ambitions. As a LEAP Customer Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies to integrate with the ERP, ensuring streamlined communication and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure customer service strategies align with overall business goals.
- Select, implement, and manage ERP tools to refine customer interaction workflows, ensuring timely issue resolution and enhanced customer experience.
- Lead the incorporation of detailed customer data into the ERP, enabling personalized service delivery and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Set and monitor service performance metrics within the ERP, utilizing data to drive strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering or business school.
- 15 years minimum of experience in customer service, commercial, supply chain, logistics, and consumer goods industry.
- Experience with SAP is a plus, English is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated.
