The RoleYour Responsibilities- Provide top-notch technical support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to resolve their issues.
- Identify recurring support trends and product performance issues, providing valuable feedback to our product team.
- Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation, ensuring that customers can easily find the information they need.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, such as R&D and Marketing, to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in crypto and Ledger products, applying this knowledge to provide expert support.
- Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- A 'customer-first' attitude and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in English and Russian.
- Ability to learn about hardware and software products, as well as analyze technical data.
