The RoleYour Responsibilities
  1. Provide top-notch technical support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to resolve their issues.
  3. Identify recurring support trends and product performance issues, providing valuable feedback to our product team.
  4. Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation, ensuring that customers can easily find the information they need.
  5. Work collaboratively with other teams, such as R&D and Marketing, to ensure seamless support delivery.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in crypto and Ledger products, applying this knowledge to provide expert support.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • A 'customer-first' attitude and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in English and Russian.
  • Ability to learn about hardware and software products, as well as analyze technical data.
