Senior Buyer for Intellectual Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team at 7Experts France. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's vision and contributing to the implementation of its digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the organization's reflection and transformation to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Analyze supplier portfolios to identify areas for cost savings and develop tactical and strategic initiatives to drive results.
- Conduct market analysis and source suppliers to meet the company's needs for intellectual services.
- Support teams in their purchasing needs, particularly for intellectual services, by understanding and challenging requirements.
- Manage tenders, analyze results, and document recommended actions to ensure effective procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local, global, and international projects to drive business outcomes.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Document and report savings, contracts, and supplier performance to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with the company's strategy and goals.
- Support the transformation plan with partner suppliers to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on future regulations and changes in the field to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Define actions to ensure high-quality data and drive business insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in indirect purchasing, particularly in IT/Digital purchases.
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Influencing and communication skills to effectively transmit and give meaning to stakeholders.
- Excellent level in English (B2/C1) to negotiate and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to an international environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
