We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Corporate Buyer to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing various procurement missions and working closely with our IT and digital press teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist IT direct buyers in managing and evolving IT categories, including TV, WIFI, Guest App, Serrures, Audio, and more.
- Perform contract analysis to evaluate supplier performance and value.
- Lead and participate in tender processes, including preparation, analysis, and negotiation.
- Monitor market trends and analyze expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage administrative tasks related to suppliers and procurement processes.
- Participate in business reviews with suppliers and internal clients.
- Communicate with internal clients about managed categories.
- Standardize and optimize existing processes and tools.
- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies for managed categories.
- Manage supplier data and category management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or commerce.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in new technologies and digital transformation.
- Rigorous and autonomous, with strong analytical and communication skills.
