Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to ensure that all guest requests and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet our cleaning needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure that all Housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with our hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Housekeeping Department, including guest satisfaction scores and cleaning standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel Housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering.
