Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive franchise growth and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and clients
- Provide coaching and support to franchisees to ensure their success and growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support franchise growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or management in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the French market and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
