Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with client contracts
- Verify and record invoices received from clients using our STIMDATA tool
- Invoice Verification
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Client Communication
- Communicate with clients regarding invoice discrepancies or issues
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and provide regular reports on business operations
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
- Knowledge of accounting and financial software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
