Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with client contracts
    • Verify and record invoices received from clients using our STIMDATA tool
  • Invoice Verification
    • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients regarding invoice discrepancies or issues
    • Provide timely and effective solutions to client concerns
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and provide regular reports on business operations
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
    • Knowledge of accounting and financial software
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
