About the Role


The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for proposing full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and operating and optimizing auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes
  • Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns daily to proactively take initiative to improve results
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team
  • Focus on solution expertise growth within the org. Assist with asset & data collection for various business needs such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Review
  • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including but not limited to Product team, Marketing team, Engineering team, Ad policy team, Creative team, Ad operation team

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing
  • Extensive knowledge in media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing
  • Deep understanding & experience of the Gaming ecosystem
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc
  • Data-driven approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
  • Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus
