TikTok's Client Solutions team is dedicated to building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry. As trusted advocates, we provide inspiration and insights to drive collaboration and growth.

We are responsible for the day-to-day relationship and ensuring the success of advertiser investment. Our team proactively advises clients on opportunities and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment.


About the Role:

The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry.

This role proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimization of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.

The Client Solutions Manager educates new or additional TikTok ad products and adopts new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
  • Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns on a daily basis to proactively take initiative to improve results.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Focus on solution expertise growth within the org. Assist with asset and data collection for various business needs, such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Review.
  • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Ad Policy, Creative, and Ad Operation teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support, including creative insights and creative strategies.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Policy team to ensure clients and CSM team are kept up to date on any policy changes and receive all necessary support.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.
  • Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients achieve a better organic presence on the platform, complementing their advertising strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge in media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding and experience of the Gaming ecosystem.
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Data-driven approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel, SQL is a plus.
