We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Design Specialist to join our team at Herman Miller France. As a key member of our showroom team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and education to clients through a demonstration journey, focusing on their wellness journey and product needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers to drive sales and growth.
- Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure visual and experiential standards are consistently met, reflecting the Herman Miller brand.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer success experience, preferably in a design or furniture industry.
- High energy and personal engagement skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, web navigation, and experience with a POS system.
- Able to move objects weighing over 20 pounds and understand safety requirements.
- Schedule flexibility to meet client demands and promotions, including working weekends and extended hours.
