Job Title: Regional Respiratory Sales Manager Paris

Regeneron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Respiratory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Paris region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the respiratory market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the respiratory market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and customers
  • Provide input into regional and local account plans to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our respiratory products and provide training to the sales team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in immunology, ideally in pulmonology
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent French language skills, with conversational English desirable
