Our Team

In the Data department, you will be part of:

  • Data Platform Team: Comprising 5 Data Engineers focused on ingesting vast datasets from various sources and developing a core data model that ensures data is standardized, reliable, and readily accessible.
  • Data Science and ML Platform Team: Consisting of 4 Data Scientists / ML Engineers dedicated to creating ML-driven data products such as Autobidder for User Acquisition and N-Testing for experimentation.
  • Advanced Analytics & Data Science Team: Encompassing 6 Data Analysts and Scientists who leverage our data for:
    • Game Analytics
    • User Acquisition and Marketing Analytics
    • Market Intelligence Analytics
    • Operations Analytics

Role and Responsibilities

We are in search of a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance and scale our Machine Learning & AI initiatives at Homa. Reporting to our Associate Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement in ML Projects: Lead the development and execution of ML models for Marketing Technology (User Acquisition, Monetization) and Game Technology (Bayesian A/B Testing, Segmentation).
  • ML Industrialization & Democratization: Refine ML engineering processes, adopt ML Ops tools, and contribute to model interpretability and collaborative projects.
  • Implementation of Scalable ML Solutions: Develop Serving APIs capable of managing millions of requests daily with minimal latency.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with various teams, utilizing GenAI tools to enhance productivity and product offerings.
  • Continuous Learning: Integrate the latest advancements in ML technologies into our tech stack.
  • Current Technology Stack: AWS, Redshift, Databricks, Python, DBT, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Kubernetes, LightGBM, MLFlow, Metabase.

Qualifications

  • Initial ML Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in implementing and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Key Technologies: Experience with Neural Networks (TensorFlow / PyTorch), Gradient Boosting libraries (LightGBM / XGBoost), and familiarity with at least one major Cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • MLOps Knowledge: Understanding of ML Ops tools such as MLFlow.
  • API Development Skills: Competence in creating high-performance Serving APIs.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong collaborative skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Innovative Approach: A passion for staying ahead of trends and technologies in ML.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
