Mission Objectives

Apave is looking for a Commercial Technician in a permanent contract.

Within the Lille (Marcq-en-Baroeul) agency, the team plays a crucial role: ensuring our clients can work safely and contributing to the development of the Apave Group at the heart of the territories.

What will your daily tasks be?

After your welcome and integration, your missions will be:

You will develop your portfolio and create a commercial prospecting plan (segment and target clients based on the group's strategy and the region).
You will contribute to the development and sustainability of local large accounts within the agency.
You will create offers, private and public tender files, and ensure contractual negotiations. You will be a true negotiator, a fighter to build a durable relationship with potential clients and meet your objectives, while optimizing our intervention conditions and economic profitability.
You will work on project mode on AO in liaison with technical, marketing, commercial services of the company and in consultation with territorial and transversal agencies.
You will ensure the scheduling of your appointments.
You will also lead commercial actions on a product, a target, and on national contracts.
You will participate in various communication actions: salon, inauguration, mailing, etc.
You will manage your commercial activities, appointments, reports, offers, relaunches, field feedback on customer satisfaction, competition, etc.

You will be responsible for implementing the Apave Group's commercial strategy on the territory of our Lille agency, department 59.

About You

First, your background

With a higher technical and commercial training, such as a business school combined with a technical training, you have a proven experience in managing large projects and technical-commercial relations.

Then, your skills and personal qualities
- A strong relational sense and listening: you will anticipate the needs of our clients, make commercial proposals tailored to their needs, and know how to retain them
- A culture of results and performance
- A strong appetite for prospecting and negotiation
- A technical curiosity
- Rigor, method, and autonomy

Driver's license B is required. Travel to be expected at the departmental level.
