Votre rôle
Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients existant, et vous devrez activer les leviers nécessaires pour garantir une satisfaction client optimale.
Missions
- Piloter un portefeuille existant de clients
- Activer les leviers nécessaires pour garantir une satisfaction client optimale
- Gérer le cycle de vente de A à Z
- Définir et déployer une stratégie de prospection sur votre secteur
- Identifier les nouvelles opportunités
- Reporter votre activité
Localisation du poste : Arras ou Lens et environs
Territoire à couvrir : Hauts de France et Picardie
Hôtel à envisager une nuit par semaine en moyenne
Vous êtes rigoureux, fiable et autonome, vous savez prendre en main votre secteur et activer les leviers commerciaux nécessaires pour atteindre vos objectifs.
Votre sens relationnel et votre savoir-être impeccable vous permettent de tisser des liens de confiance solides avec les équipes et la clientèle.
Vos atouts :
- Connaissance de la vente terrain et capacité à organiser des tournées de prospection
- Capacité à gérer des cycles de vente complets, en toute autonomie
- Formation Bac +2 minimum
- Expérience commerciale minimum 4 ans idéalement dans un univers similaire
