About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Assistant to support the ecommerce team in France and Spain. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our omni services, including click and collect and endless aisle, in the French and Spanish markets.
  • Provide regular commercial insights to relevant teams, working closely with retail ops to report on KPIs.
  • Participate in local A/B test initiatives to leverage the omnichannel proposition, reduce friction points in the customer journey, and improve overall customer experience.
  • Support the rollout of new omnichannel features and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to stay ahead of the competition in France.
  • Assist in driving customer adoption of click and collect in France, working with retail ops, marketing, and ecommerce teams to drive the omni messaging to customers and increase uptake.
  • Work closely with external partners and cross-functional teams to gain buy box through minimizing unauthorized sellers and ensuring the right inventory is in place with optimal marketing support.
  • Provide regular updates on product performance, forecasts, and commercial insights to relevant teams.
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to manage marketing and product plans and agree on promotional and trading calendars.
  • Responsible for range management and maintenance of the branded storefront.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to build and own forecasts and commercial planning.
  • Work with legal and wholesale teams to manage the processes required to remove unauthorized sellers.
  • Monitor and audit authorized and unauthorized e-tailers operating inside and outside of marketplaces.
  • Work with relevant sales and operations team members to ensure compliance with policies, processes, etc., related to service and e-tailing guidelines.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all French and Spanish marketplace and online wholesale inquiries.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • English/French fluent, Spanish language is a plus.
  • Experience with omni platforms and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics, Elevate, or similar.
  • Experience with Mirakl.
  • A good standard of computer literacy, including the use of all Microsoft Office programs.
