About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team in Germany. As a pioneer in this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy and establish a strong presence in the German market.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with key decision-makers in the cosmetics, fashion, and food industries, building strong relationships and laying the foundation for high-level negotiations that will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging all communication channels to generate leads and achieve monthly revenue quotas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource, and promoting Bigblue's success stories to create a favorable environment for negotiations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, growth, or digital marketing roles.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Native French/German speaker with professional level in English.
