Job Title: Clinical Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supply Chain Manager to join our team at ImCheck Therapeutics. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will be responsible for designing and developing our supply chain to ensure sufficient supply for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clinical supply chain strategy to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to clinical sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Negotiate with suppliers and freight companies to secure the best possible prices and services
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of supply chain activities
  • Manage and resolve supply chain-related issues and incidents in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel as needed
