As a key member of our Service department, you will play a crucial role in negotiating maintenance contracts and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and Maintenance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with established clients to drive portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
- Define, verify, and negotiate maintenance contracts in support of the sales department.
- Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts to optimize financial performance.
- Promote and sell additional parts and maintenance services on multibrand turbines.
- Build and value offers to optimize maintenance contracts.
- Ensure inter-departmental coordination within the Vestas Group to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in interactions between maintenance, logistics, technology, construction, and sales teams.
- Grow Vestas market share versus competitors.
- Respect and enforce the Group's quality and security standards.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Sales or related field.
- Fluent in English and French required.
- Good knowledge of office software and SAP is a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management and wind/renewable energy desired.
