As a key member of our Service department, you will play a crucial role in negotiating maintenance contracts and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with established clients to drive portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Define, verify, and negotiate maintenance contracts in support of the sales department.
  • Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts to optimize financial performance.
  • Promote and sell additional parts and maintenance services on multibrand turbines.
  • Build and value offers to optimize maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure inter-departmental coordination within the Vestas Group to resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in interactions between maintenance, logistics, technology, construction, and sales teams.
  • Grow Vestas market share versus competitors.
  • Respect and enforce the Group's quality and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Sales or related field.
  • Fluent in English and French required.
  • Good knowledge of office software and SAP is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management and wind/renewable energy desired.
