Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture advocates among our customer base to help promote our products and services.
- Ensure timely renewals of customer contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in customer success management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English languages.
