About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect Manager to join our team in Puteaux, France. As a key member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise account solutions architects to support Red Hat's sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Account Solutions Architecture team to develop and implement complex solutions to achieve sales quotas
- Support the sales team with recommendations to develop and implement solutions to meet customer business needs
- Work with the regional Solutions Architect Management team to support and implement a common strategy for solutions architects in designated verticals
- Be responsible for hiring, growth plan, talent management and evaluation
- Manage solutions architect alignments to support sales
- Focus constantly on improvement and enablement of solutions architects
- Collaborate with sales management and other teams to meet company sales objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including a significant time working as a manager and a solutions architect with demonstrated pre-sales experience
- Ability to animate a team of Senior solution architects, create a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
- Define and set a team strategy with associated KPI
- Sales-minded with excellent customer business skills and experience with enterprise accounts
- Ability to interpret customer business and technical needs
- Extensive technical background, including but not limited to (containers, automation, Middleware, Hybrid Cloud, devsecops, AI/ML...)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills; fluency in both French and English
- Record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations
