Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team in Suresnes. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our holding companies. Your primary focus will be on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as local financial owner of financial packages (P&L & FCF) for the 2 holding companies, providing clarity on the cost base evolution and supporting the cash forecast process.
- Contribute actively in the budgeting and forecasting process for the holding entities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with support functions leaders and operational teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Monitor and manage intercompany flows between the holding companies and operational entities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance analysis and decision-making, automating tasks where possible.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Controller with a Master's degree in Finance and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, as well as strong Excel skills, is essential.
Language Skills
Fluency in French and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
