Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team in Suresnes. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our holding companies. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as local financial owner of financial packages (P&L & FCF) for the 2 holding companies, providing clarity on the cost base evolution and supporting the cash forecast process.
- Contribute actively in the budgeting and forecasting process for the holding entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with support functions leaders and operational teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor all intercompany flows between the holding companies and the operational entities across the world, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Continuously improve our financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Master's degree in Finance or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.At least 2-5 years of experience in a FP&A/Controlling position, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Strong proficiency in financial systems, including reporting and data manipulation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix/multi-country environment.What We Offer
