About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Commercial Sales team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales environment
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science
