Unit Overview
The medico-psychological center (CMP) serves as the primary care facility for psychiatric sectors, offering medical-psychological and social consultations to individuals facing psychological challenges. The team ensures coordinated mental health services for the community while upholding confidentiality. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including child services, educational institutions, health services, and social agencies, is essential when required.
Role Overview:
General Responsibilities
As a Social Worker Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing social support to children, adolescents, and their families as part of a therapeutic initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual consultations with families and clients
- Engage in collaborative meetings within educational settings
- Contribute to the formulation of therapeutic initiatives
- Participate in various workgroups and community engagement projects
- Attend local medical, social, and educational networks
- Perform legal and social oversight
- Assess and relay social circumstances to the team
- Work alongside specialized institutions for patient referrals
- Engage in training, research, and coordination activities
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications: State Diploma in Social Work Assistant
Required Skills: Child protection, social intervention strategies, collaboration with networks and partners, psychological awareness, social service methodologies, social analysis, and computer literacy
Desired Attributes: Empathy, independence, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, observant nature, and attention to detail
