If you possess a solid background in finance and accounting, along with at least 2 years of proven experience in a comparable position, we are eager to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:- Supplier Financial Management:
- Verify, document, and process payments while maintaining invoice records
- Conduct supplier analyses
- Draft various correspondence
- Tenant Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and assess recoverable rental expenses
- General Financial Duties:
- Engage in year-end inventory activities
- Analyze general accounts and manage inventory entries
- Input year-end miscellaneous transaction entries
- Process payments for general expenses
- Budget Management:
- Ensure accurate analytical allocation of budget commitments for services provided by Vallée Sud Habitat
- High school diploma or equivalent/+2 in the finance or management domain
- At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Good listening skills and a sense of curiosity
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with an ERP system is a plus, as well as knowledge of property financial management
