Position Overview
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee accounts payable processes (invoice management, payments, supplier communications) for three distinct entities;
- Conduct bank entries and reconciliations for the three entities;
- Assist in quarterly and annual financial closing processes: Supplier cycle closing activities (CCA, FNP, third-party account analysis); Support payroll, fixed asset management, and VAT reconciliations; Manage intercompany transaction reconciliations;
- Maintain the financial records of an entity up to the preparation of financial statements;
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:
- Familiarity with SAP Business One and Cegid is a plus;
- Experience with ERP migrations;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently;
- Team-oriented mindset, customer service focus, and a commitment to fulfilling obligations;
