Direction Utilisateurs Tertiaires is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our diverse portfolio of tertiary sites across Ile de France.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will lead a team of multi-technical experts responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of buildings and delivering exceptional occupant comfort. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, demanding both technical proficiency and strong leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage and execute multi-technical maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
- Effectively supervise on-site employees and collaborate with subcontracting companies to deliver comprehensive maintenance solutions.
- Oversee budget management for assigned sites, monitoring expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed estimates for maintenance projects and track order progress, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Generate clear and concise reports on interventions, highlighting key findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on site performance and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain meticulous records of all activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the field of building maintenance. Your qualifications should include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your expertise in managing multi-technical teams and projects.
- A strong understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency in utilizing connected tools such as CMMS, BMS, and tablets for efficient workflow management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
