Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll team, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of payroll and social charges, and coordinating various HR activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and guarantee the reliability of the payroll and social charges every month.
  • Coordinate the activities of the payroll team, including the collection, entry, and processing of variable payroll items.
  • Establish and manage social declarations, URSSAF, and DSN processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company agreements.
  • Follow up on payroll and time management processes and administer data in information systems.
  • Liaise with the finance service for budget issues and closing of accounts.
  • Prepare and report on staff remuneration and personnel costs data.
  • Be the primary point of contact for time and payroll management settings.
Requirements
  • Higher University degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR activities, payroll, and time management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Strong team spirit, structure, listening, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and good knowledge of French.
Working Conditions

The salary will be calculated based on relevant qualifications and professional experience.

ESRF offers a competitive compensation and allowances package, including financial support for relocation to Grenoble.
